Establishing Partnership for Change is my personal contribution to raising public awareness and increasing understanding of the risks of climate change. It aims to foster climate leadership within the community, strengthen links between politicians, professionals, institutions, the public and private sector to address the single most important crises facing humanity; climate change.

The recent United Nations Climate Change conference in Copenhagen was a enormous opportunity to set in place an international agreement to help prevent catastrophic climate change. Copenhagen failed to agree a fair, effective and legally binding agreement. Our political leaders and governments failed to grasp the enormity of the implications of climate change and powerful lobby groups were successful in protecting the interests of industry over people and the planets ecosystems.

The challenges remain immense, the next few years are crucial to limiting the worse impacts of climate change. Scientists, engineers, educationalists, planners, politicians, private citizens; all of us must mobilise and work together to inform, educate and demand urgent change.

This website provides information on climate change, including a virtual library of important documents, links to other organisations, news and publications. I hope that you will join the PFC network and work with us in building a better future. We are all our future has to work with and each of us will make a difference in deciding that future, it is up to us. We are all part of the problem of climate change and global warming, together we can be part of the solution.
